Skin Biostimulators
Tissue Stimulators - What Are They?
Tissue stimulators are injection preparations designed to rebuild the structure of aging skin. Their goal is renewal and biorestructuring, which occurs through strong stimulation of fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, the proteins responsible for skin firmness and density. As a result, the use of tissue stimulators restores the skin's former elasticity, smoothness, and radiance. Wrinkles and blemishes become less visible, and the face regains a youthful and radiant appearance.
There are many types and manufacturers of tissue stimulators on the market. They differ primarily in indications, longevity, achieved effects, mechanisms of action, and composition. They are produced based on substances such as hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxyapatite, L-polylactic acid, amino acids, and polynucleotides. The type of preparation used depends on the quality of the patient's skin, their needs, and expectations. The treatment using tissue stimulators can be performed on both young individuals who wish to halt the passage of time and mature patients with already visible signs of aging on their skin.

Tissue Biostimulators vs. Fillers - Differences:
Fillers allow for almost immediate filling of grooves and wrinkles, resulting in an instant visible effect. Unfortunately, this also leads to a shorter duration of their effects, meaning the achieved results disappear more quickly, requiring another treatment or series of treatments sooner. In the case of tissue stimulators, the situation is reversed—effects take longer to appear, but they are long-lasting. This is because stimulators encourage cells to renew and increase collagen and elastin production, which in turn affects the appearance and condition of the skin. It is a fully physiological process but requires more time to achieve satisfactory and visible results. The use of stimulators results in a more natural effect, preserving the features without making the face look "overdone."
